The complete ‘Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser’ stories by Fritz Leiber.
Already available on ABB, but not in a quality this fiction classic deserves.
Organized according to the 7 volumes as listed below, which is the author’s suggested reading order. About 63 hours in total.
Torrent genesis:
This torrent is a combination of various sources.
Initially, several great sounding stand-alone single-story releases were made available to me, but only for most of the longer stories. These had to be inserted into the seven F&M anthologies, which provided the missing introductions and shorter pieces.
The anthologies were available in several sources, but only of mediocre quality – some had small missing parts, other were of inconsistent quality with distorted sections. Alas, finally a new good source for the anthologies appeared (thank you, source!), so this torrent is now based on two main sources: a) good sounding AAC (32kbps AAC via Inaudible) for the framework and shorter pieces, converted to MP3 VBR mono via Lame; and b) great sounding stand-alone stories in MP3 64kbps mono.
I removed the framing credits of single-story releases along with all audible previews to recreate the layout of the original anthologies as closely as possible.
All stories were cut lossless into chapters or, if without chapters, into parts of roughly ~30minutes. All files uniformly gained, tagged and named. Includes ebooks and additional maps.

Description:
Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser are the protagonists of what are probably Leiber’s best-known stories.
Fafhrd is a very tall and strong northern barbarian, skilled at both swordsmanship and singing; the Mouser is a small mercurial thief, gifted and deadly at swordsmanship and a former wizard’s apprentice. Fafhrd talks like a romantic, but his strong practicality usually wins through, while the cynical-sounding Mouser is prone to showing strains of sentiment at unexpected times. Both are rogues, living in a decadent world where to be so is a requirement of survival. They spend a lot of time drinking, feasting, wenching, brawling, stealing, and gambling, and are seldom fussy about who hires their swords. But they are humane and — most of all — relish true adventure.
Leiber’s fabulous wording and his mastery of narrative, pacing, dialogue, and character grab the reader and force him headfirst into fog-shrouded Lankhmar. Leiber’s prose and dialog have a whimsical, but almost Shakespearean feel, which lends humor to adventures that are nothing short of a good-time.
One of the most seminal pieces of classic ‘Sword & Sorcery’.
